2 Colors YT Series Flexo Printing Equipment
Application:
This machine is a printing machine that uses photosensitive resin soft plate as the plate material, commonly known as "flexographic printing machine", "flexo printing machine", "relief printing machine" and "flexo printing machine". It is suitable for printing polyethylene, polypropylene, cellophane, plastic film (BOPP OPP PE PVC POT, etc.), non-woven fabric, woven bags, paper and other packaging materials. It is flexible packaging for food paper packaging, supermarket tote bags, waistcoat bags, clothing bags, etc. Ideal printing equipment.
Performance characteristics:
1. Easy operation, straight gear running, accurate color registration.
2. The meter counter can set the printing quantity according to the requirements, it will automatically stop when the number is reached, and automatically stop when the material is cut off.
3. Pneumatically lift the printing plate cylinder, and the ink will be stirred automatically after lifting.
4. The anilox cylinder transfers ink and the ink color is even.
5. Reliable drying system, with high-speed operation, shuts down automatically when shutdown.
6. 360 degree continuously adjustable longitudinal register device.
7. Frequency conversion speed regulation to adapt to different printing speeds.
8. Both the jog and stop buttons are installed on the plate roller base and the receiving frame, which is convenient for manipulating the machine when installing the plate.
